TIP Ministries
This Is Pentecost Fellowship Ministries (TIP) was birthed out of the labor and legacy of Mother Estella Boyd, Bishop Jesse T Stacks, which was organized in January of 1999 in a storefront in Sacramento, CA, by the late Dr. Donald Curlin and Mother Estella Boyd. In 2000, a great transition happened with the passing of Dr. Donald Curlin and Pastor Tamara Bennett’s tenure began, as senior pastor of This Is Pentecost Fellowship Ministries (TIP). After establishing great growth in Sacramento their territory was enlarged with establishing TIP II in Oakland, CA. Countless souls across the world have been healed, delivered, and transformed into destiny because of TIP Fellowship ministries. The legacy of doing Kingdom work continues as TIP congregants are developed and disciple to expand the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their own lives and throughout the world.
Pastor Tamara Bennett
Pastor Tamara Bennett is an anointed and influential world leader who serves with excellence and integrity. Since June 2000, Pastor Bennett has served as senior Pastor of This Is Pentecost Fellowship Ministries, which has two locations in Oakland and Sacramento, CA. She and her husband Eld. Quentin Bennett have touched the lives of thousands around the globe through breakthrough prayer sessions, anointed revivals, youth conferences, multiple outreach services to the community and a worldwide virtual congregation.
Her passion for the improvement of individual lives runs over in their 501 ( c ) organization, entitled the Daughters of Zion Enterpryz, Inc., (DOZ), (www.dozenterpryz.org) where they annually feed, clothe and house over 9000 individual families. Additionally, DOZ, provides housing, job training skills, and financial workshops for misplaced young women desiring empowerment and transformation. While God has gifted and anointed Pastor Bennett with an array of gifts and responsibilities, she proclaims the greatest gift of all is being a loving mother to their four children and a supportive wife to her husband.

Eld Quentin Bennett (a.k.a Chef Q)
Eld Quentin Bennett serves as the “helm of the ship”, the leading Man of God in the family of This Is Pentecost Fellowship Ministries. Together, he and Pastor Tamara Bennett are raising, the next generation of phenomenal Sons and Daughters in the Gospel. His Naval experience and inheritance of being the youngest son of ten brothers, has enabled him to launch TIP Men’s Monday, where brothers of all ethnicity and walks of life join forces to grow, expand and transform into men, fathers and husbands of valor and honor. But the other side of Eld Q, is his profound culinary skills. With a career extending over 20 years, Chef Q has cooked at various locations around the world as well as at Universal and Paramount Studios. His celebrity clientele entails many of our gospel greats today, such as; Grammy award winning artists CeCe, BeBe, Marvin and brother-in-law Daniel Winans of the legendary award winning Winans Family; multi Grammy award winning artist Donnie McClurkin, world renown Kirk Franklin, and Prez & CEO of Gospel Today Magazine, Dr. Teresa Hairston is just to name a few.
